And now America’s freshest ice cream is available in Valley View. Carvel Corporation
announces today the opening of its newest ice cream shop at 8111 Rockside Road in the
quaint Thornburg Station retail complex along the Towpath in the Village of Valley View.



Carvel  Ice Cream is located at the gateway of the National Heritage Corridor for the Cleveland MetroParks, the Ohio & Erie Canal and the Cuyahoga Valley National Park.  Carvel has been in the homemade ice cream business for 77 years.  We’re famous for our soft-serve and premium hand-dipped flavors made fresh daily, as well as a wide variety of cakes, novelties, cups, cones, sundaes, shakes and smoothies.  Come in and browse the art and Park memorabilia on display or simply relax on our pet friendly patio overlooking the Canal.  Whether you’re hiking, biking, canoeing, kayaking or enjoying one of the many other activities the Parks have to offer, please be sure to stop at Carvel Ice Cream on the Towpath and make us a part of your day.
